
First Response Advisor
Due to our continued expansion as personal injury specialists What’s My Claim Worth have an opportunity for a First Response Advisor to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate would have responsibility for:
- Handling all incoming personal injury claim enquiries by telephone & e-mail, taking initial details from prospective clients.
- Ensuring all relevant information is collated, recorded and reported upon at the end of each day.
- The identification of cases which have potential and then to pass these ‘leads’ on to one of the panel solicitors.
- Compiling detailed and concise notes enabling a seamless transfer of new enquiries to the panel solicitors.
Ideally the successful candidate will be a very positive individual. He/she will have an excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills. They would possess a can do attitude, a willingness to learn, an eye for detail and an ability to work individually and within a team. Experience within a legal or call centre environment would be advantageous. All appropriate in-house training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The position is full time and based in the centre of Chester. Salary negotiable.
