inside of a bus aisle

We have recently secured a settlement for our client, a 34 year old woman, who was injured when she was standing under a tree outside her the local leisure centre and a coach, which had just dropped of a group of children, reversed up onto the pavement and hit our client on the left side of her body.

As a result of the accident, she sustained injuries to her left arm, shoulder and neck for which she received treatment for by her GP.

In addition to the physical injuries, she also experienced psychological trauma including nightmares and flashbacks.

The Defendants denied liability and in fact the bus driver was denying that he had even hit our client. Court proceedings were commenced and a few weeks before trial the case was settled and the Claimant received compensation of £3,500.
