He flipped onto the car hitting the windscreen before landing on his right side. The driver of the car drove off leaving our client injured at the accident scene. Our client was unable to obtain the driver’s details as the driver drove off however the identity of the driver was later discovered by police after reviewing cctv footage.
We brought a claim against the driver via his insurers who eventually admitted liability (fault) for the accident. We proceeded to obtain a medical report from an independent Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to confirm the injuries caused by the accident and to provide a prognosis on the recovery period. Our client required up to date xrays which we arranged for him.
Once the medical evidence was complete, we negotiated settlement for Mr H with the Defendants Insurers in the sum of £5,750.
