Our client was marshalling at a car rally when she was hit by the Defendant who ignored signage and road block precluding drivers from driving along the designated track. A claim for specialist camouflage make-up to hide the scarring was claimed for the duration of her life time. It became necessary to issue court proceedings but the claim was settled shortly after by our specialist team.
