What’s My Claim Worth have settled a claim for a 54 year old man from Kent who sustained cuts to his finger when he slipped on a wet floor in Morrison’s supermarket. He was walking along the pet food aisle when he slipped on a large patch of clear liquid falling to the ground and injuring his finger. There was no wet floor sign or yellow cone displayed to warn our client of the potential danger. Our client reported the accident to the Duty Manager and first aid was given at the store.
