Our client was employed by the Defendant as a Warehouse Operations Manager and whilst using a forklift truck, it suddenly lost power and stopped dead causing him to fall backwards and land awkwardly onto his right hand.
As a result of which, he fractured his right wrist.
Our client was involved in a further accident, injuring his right wrist 5 months later.
